Future of Games: Less not More!

  Kinect, Wii, Sixaxis (lol) and all that other motion controlled garbage sucks 99.9% of the time. I can’t say why it does, it just does.

  I don’t want to move more or press more when I play games, I want to fuckin chill out. Sometimes I’m too lazy to even press buttons, like when the game tells me to “Hold [insert button] to [insert action]”. That requires more energy and right now I’m trying to be a vegetable (useless) while I crack out on my Xbox/PS3.

  Diablo 3 can be extra-awesome if you manage to hotkey 8 buttons to your mouse. BOOM! It’s a one-handed game. That’s pretty Boss Baller because now you can eat chips or honey roasted peanuts…or whatever your fat ass is eating with your off-hand:

  I don’t want to have to wave my arms to play a game. My arms are dangerously long and heavy and some of these games expect me to stand next to a buddy and both of us jump, punch and kick. Bullshit. 

  I want to do less. I want to look at my game and blink at it. Or even better, I want to just think about shit and have my console know what I’m thinking. I want games that I can just sit and look at. No “brain-to-finger” latency and no need to stand or move. Imagine how many “scrubs” you’d “body” at that point…with your fuckin brain.
